Kid Yoga

Join us for our kids 6 week yoga course! This course is for 8-12 year olds and uses different themes and stories to engage children’s minds and bodies. It introduces beginner yoga poses, breath work and meditation through age appropriate stories and using the children’s imagination. Come have fun with us! Please contact us if your child doesn’t meet the age requirements.
