We have evolved and reinvented over the years and decided it was time to REBRAND…. we are now so much more than just a yoga studio! Over the years we have continued to organically grow and have slowly added all Dimensions of Wellness to our Hub. The 6 dimensions of wellness are remembered as the SPICES: Social, Physical, Intellectual, Cognitive, Emotional, and Spiritual. It takes all the dimensions to be healthy in order to be truly well.
My goal when I first started was to eventually bring all of the dimensions under one roof, and after 20 years of building, we have finally become the hub, the 7th dimension, where all 6 dimensions of wellness come together and form Dimension 7 Hub.
We offer classes, services, and therapies for everyone and all bodies, including beginner to advanced, students, pre-natal, children, seniors, and everyone in between.
