We have evolved and reinvented over the years and have decided to change our name because we are so much more than just a yoga studio! Over the years we have continued to organically grow and have slowly added all Dimensions of wellness to our hub. The six dimensions of wellness are the spices, social, physical, intellectual, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual. It takes all the dimensions to be healthy in order to be truly well.
My goal in the beginning was to bring all the dimensions under one roof and after 20 years of building, we have finally become the hub, the 7th dimension, where all six dimensions of wellness come together.
We offer classes and therapies for everyone including Pre/Post-Natal, Children, Senior Citizens, and everyone in between. We also offer incredible all-natural products, vitamins and supplements, and Charlotte’s Web CBD. We are bringing wellness to the world one mind, body, soul, and belly at a time.
