Boxing For Women

Women's Boxing class

This Women’s Boxing is hitting the holiday season and will be a 5 week small group training workshop instead of 6 weeks, with a week break for Thanksgiving. YOU WILL LOVE THIS CLASS!  This class helps you learn self-defense techniques, increase strength, power, core strength, and balance all while burning a ton of calories. Be prepared to jump rope, learn boxing moves, and engage in strength training during this intense workout! Spots are Limited!
