Boxing For Women

It’s a NEW Year and time for a NEW You!! The next round of Women’s Boxing is finally almost here! It will be a 6-week session starting on February 24, 2026, on Tuesdays at 7pm. YOU WILL LOVE THIS CLASS! And, it will get you back on track from the madness of the holidays and ready for Spring! This Boxing class helps you learn self-defense techniques, increase strength & power, build core strength and balance, all while burning a ton of calories. Be prepared to jump rope (you will learn again :), learn proper technique with your boxing moves and how to hit properly with mitts and gloves, and engage in some incredible strength training during this fun and motivating workout! All levels are welcome and we will meet you where your level is, so don’t hesitate if you have never done anything like this before….you will be well taken care of and trained for success.
