Women's Boxing class

This Women’s Boxing round is just what you need to get ready for the summer!  It will be a 6-week session starting on June 5, 2025, on Thursdays at 7pm.  YOU WILL LOVE THIS CLASS!  This boxing class helps you learn self-defense techniques, increase strength, power, core strength, and balance all while burning a ton of calories. Be prepared to (learn) jump rope, learn boxing moves and how to hit properly with mitts and gloves, and engage in strength training during this fun and intense workout! All levels are welcome and we will meet you where your level is, so don’t hesitate if you have never done anything like this before….you will be well taken care of and trained for success.  Sign up today!
