Lunch Break Yoga is a wonderful way to take a well-deserved, midday break to unbind your muscles, relieve tension, and decrease stress. This brief class just might make your afternoon enjoyable! We will focus more on how to relieve stress and tension by learning breathing techniques and relaxation poses. This class is for all!
