PowerFlow Yoga

PowerFlow Yoga features a Vinyasa based breath to movement flow between different yoga poses. This class will target strength and smooth transitions, deepening your knowledge of your yoga practice & enhancing your breath work, and possibly breaking a sweat 🙂 This class is great for students of all levels, as modifications will be offered.
