Release & Reset

Each week holds many moments. This weekly Sunday practice, Release & Reset, is an opportunity to intentionally close the chapter on the week behind us and prepare together for the week ahead. This beginner-friendly course will offer a mixture of gentle and energizing poses. First, to release with gentleness, and next to reset for the week ahead by energizing our bodies and minds. While this is a weekly class new yogis and drop-ins are encouraged. Give yourself this hour on Sunday to serve yourself in all the hours ahead this week!
